What you'll do

• Determine repair needs through road tests or triage

• help mechanics develop skills
• ensure safety requirements and company procedures are followed
• review inspection findings and repair thoroughness
• verify completed repairs address customer concerns
• ensure vehicles are secured and quality-checked before release
• lead shop meetings, delegate work, monitor productivity, and maintain tools and work areas.
