What you'll do

• Maintain day-to-day financial records and transactions in QuickBooks and other accounting systems
• categorize activity, reconcile accounts and the general ledger, research discrepancies, and assist with month-end and year-end close. Review and process vendor invoices, reconcile statements, prepare vendor payments, maintain vendor and tax documentation, and coordinate approvals and expense coding. Support payroll data entry, review, employee information updates, direct deposit, reporting, and confidential records. Assist with financial reports, schedules, audits, and reporting requirements. Identify process improvements and help maintain accounting systems, procedures, and documentation. High school diploma or equivalent is required
• 3+ years of bookkeeping, accounts payable, or related experience is preferred.
