What you'll do

• Verify imaging orders and clarify discrepancies with the Radiologist or ordering provider
• identify and prepare patients and document histories
• perform CT scans and administer IV contrast according to protocols
• evaluate image quality
• assist with invasive procedures and patient care
• follow radiation safety and infection-control procedures
• operate radiology systems and maintain the work area.
