What you'll do

• Diagnose and repair manufacturing equipment, including electrical and PLC-controlled machinery
• oversee production operations and personnel during the assigned shift
• coordinate staffing, attendance, and production priorities
• serve as the shift contact for production and maintenance issues
• ensure adherence to procedures, quality requirements, and safety policies
• maintain the productive maintenance program and assist with breakdowns and approved modifications.
