Director of Quality & Population Health

Job overview

The Director of Quality & Population Health role is hybrid, with at least three days per week in the Las Vegas, NV office and the remaining time at home. The target salary range is $140,000–$160,000 per year. Astrana Health’s quality programs support improved member outcomes and organizational quality goals. This director leads quality improvement and population health initiatives, working with clinical, operational, provider, and analytics teams to close care gaps, improve provider performance, and advance quality ratings. The role also leads and develops teams and supports regulatory compliance and organizational growth.
