The Senior Manager, Digital Experience role is based in Irvine, CA. The salary range is $130,000–$140,000 per year. The position reports to the Director of Ecommerce, North America, and supports digital experience across Revelyst’s North American brand portfolio in coordination with global teams. The manager turns the digital experience roadmap into coordinated website initiatives, improving customer journeys, discoverability, accessibility, and conversion. The role leads and develops team members, aligns regional and global partners, and uses analytics and experimentation to guide improvements.

What you'll do

• Execute the digital experience roadmap across brand websites
• manage initiatives across customer journeys including navigation, search, product discovery, content, cart, checkout, account, loyalty, and post-purchase
• lead and develop direct reports
• drive SEO and AEO initiatives
• use consumer insights, analytics, usability feedback, and experimentation to identify friction
• ensure accessibility and WCAG compliance
• coordinate with global and regional teams
• maintain digital standards and reusable patterns
• define success measures and communicate performance insights
• coordinate agency and vendor partners.
