What you'll do

• Provide customer service while carrying out security procedures and site policies
• respond calmly to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and critical situations under site protocols
• conduct regular and random patrols of hospital buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas
• monitor access points and visitor activity
• assist with directions and escorts as assigned
• report unusual conditions and incidents
• prepare accurate reports and communicate with healthcare staff, visitors, emergency responders, and Allied Universal leadership.
