The site director oversees program operations and works with hospital and clinical leadership to support quality care and operational objectives. The role also develops clinician relationships, trains new clinicians in the value-based culture, addresses operational priorities, and contributes to Labor and Delivery utilization efforts.

What you'll do

• Support program operations and quality care
• build relationships with hospital medical, nursing, and administrative staff and the physician and CNM hospitalist team
• collaborate with medical and operations leadership on clinical and operational objectives
• travel to the hospital as needed for operational priorities
• train and develop new clinicians
• communicate and enforce clinical policies and expectations
• manage minor physician issues and escalate as appropriate
• collaborate on Labor and Delivery utilization.
