Maintenance Supervisor

What you'll do

• Lead the maintenance team and handle unit turns and work orders.
• Perform building repairs, grounds upkeep, vacant-unit preparation, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repairs, troubleshooting, emergency repairs, preventative maintenance, and minor work orders.
• Maintain common areas and organized workspaces and provide courteous customer service.
