What you'll do

• Visit active construction sites and follow field safety procedures
• read project plans and specifications
• observe compliance with plans, contract documents, codes, and standards
• prepare daily observation reports and assist with project documentation
• communicate requirements and inspection results
• serve as liaison to project managers, clients, and third parties
• monitor expenditures, budgets, materials, and contractor schedules
• review plans for conflicts and quality-control concerns
• attend meetings and assist with survey data as needed.
