What you'll do

• Hire, train, supervise, and motivate property staff
• manage community revenue and expenses against budget and financial guidelines
• maintain resident records and post rent, deposits, and fees
• handle accounts payable functions
• follow policies and procedures for staff and resident compliance
• inspect buildings and address physical property standards
• follow up on service requests with maintenance
• support residents and help resolve concerns
• complete reporting and administrative tasks.
