This role supports the KONE major projects team in delivering safe and reliable elevator and escalator installations. This role exists to plan, direct, and coordinate construction projects to ensure objectives are met. It contributes to the company's goals by managing project governance, scope, schedule, finance, and quality, while ensuring compliance with safety policies and building strong relationships with general contractors.

What you'll do

• Manage project requirements, permits, and inspections.
• Oversee project scope, schedule, and budget forecasting.
• Facilitate weekly cost reviews and monthly billing.
• Manage resources, subcontracts, and field labor.
• Conduct site safety audits and training.
