Security Operations Center Supervisor

The Security Operations Center Supervisor role is onsite in Brookfield, WI. Compensation is $27.45 per hour. The position supports Allied Universal’s Global Security Operations Center (GSOC), overseeing its personnel, systems, and procedures. The role exists to ensure timely and effective responses to alarms, distress calls, incidents, and other activity. The supervisor leads GSOC operations and staff, coordinates with security management, monitors threats and performance, and drives training and operational improvements.

What you'll do

• Liaise between the GSOC, contract security management, and global security management
• develop and direct GSOC functions and processes
• analyze operations and plan for service value
• develop and document training exercises
• identify technology needs and upgrades
• respond to emergency and non-emergency calls
• coach and lead staff
• manage operational software
• escalate customer service issues
• perform on-call duty, including after-hours, weekends, and holidays
• monitor intelligence sources and performance indicators
• ensure staffing, select employees, set goals, and conduct performance appraisals
• prepare reports and presentations.

Why this role
