What you'll do

• Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures and staff scheduling
• support and motivate front- and back-of-house teams
• supervise staff and provide coaching
• monitor inventory and place supplier orders
• maintain food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and safety standards
• support sales and upselling
• assist with cash handling, sales reconciliation, deposits, and expense control
• maintain required records.
