What you'll do

• Collaborate with recruitment and training teams to hire, onboard, and develop staff
• supervise Direct Support Professionals
• schedule coverage based on service needs
• coach staff and provide weekly site oversight
• participate in on-call rotation and provide short-notice coverage when needed
• oversee vehicle scheduling, individual budgets, representative payee processes, medication check-ins, and appointment coordination
• maintain compliance and accurate documentation
• advocate for dignity, independence, choice, and individual goals.
