The Line Cook role is onsite in Columbia, MO, with pay of $16.00–$22.00 per hour. Park Restaurant and Bar serves local flavors and seasonal menu items in its Columbia restaurant. What you'll do

• Prepare ingredients and menu items
• cook to recipe specifications and standard portions
• ensure orders are timely and meet quality standards
• maintain plate presentation, station stock, and proper product storage and rotation
• assist with prep during off-peak periods
• follow chef instructions
• clean the station and handle leftovers according to procedures
• comply with nutrition, sanitation, and safety standards
• close kitchen stations and attend scheduled meetings.
