What you'll do

• Partner with leaders and teams across hospital locations
• lead workplace investigations, leave administration, accommodations, and risk management initiatives
• manage onboarding, offboarding, pay and status changes, and compliance reporting
• analyze workforce trends and recommend actions
• coach managers
• support engagement, retention, culture, and organizational change.
