What you'll do

• Answer and route calls, greet visitors, process customer orders and changes, qualify orders using diagnosis and insurance information, explain financial responsibility, arrange delivery or pickup, convey orders to clinical specialists or delivery personnel, resolve complaints and follow up, maintain patient files and paperwork, track rentals and reorders, obtain prior authorizations and physician orders, process billing and insurance-related procedures, instruct customers or caregivers in safe equipment use, and follow company policies.
