What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations
• plan scope, schedules, milestones, and dependencies
• establish governance and reporting cadence
• coordinate cross-functional delivery teams
• manage risks and issues
• track project financial performance
• support scope and change control
• facilitate stakeholder workshops and go-live readiness
• ensure adherence to implementation practices and delivery methodology
• coordinate testing, UAT, cutover, and hypercare
• improve practice delivery standards and documentation.
