What you'll do

• Maintain lawns, irrigation systems, trees, shrubs, sidewalks, parking lots, athletic fields, and other grounds
• remove litter, trash, and graffiti
• clean facilities and restrooms
• maintain and repair tools, equipment, and city structures
• perform carpentry, electrical, plumbing, heating, refrigeration, and painting tasks
• coordinate with contractors
• prepare work reports and obtain material quotes.
