What you'll do

• Check guests in and out

• make reservations and accurately explain booking, rate, and cancellation policies
• audit city ledger, deposits, credit card accounts, and room charges
• post room and tax revenues and no-shows
• prepare a final report of all accounts
• perform other duties assigned by the Front Desk Manager as business and demand dictate.
