What you'll do

• Inspect, operate, or test equipment to diagnose malfunctions
• record maintenance and repair work
• clean or lubricate machinery
• repair or replace defective parts
• perform preventive maintenance
• inspect drives, motors, belts, and fluid levels
• dismantle devices to access defective parts
• order parts and supplies
• adjust equipment
• maintain specialized HVAC equipment
• perform general building cleaning and debris removal.
