The HR Compliance Analyst — Benefits and Retirement/Pension role is hybrid in Charlotte, NC, with pay of $50–$56 per hour. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m., with three onsite days and two remote days. US Tech Solutions provides staffing and workforce solutions. The analyst manages regulatory compliance and filings for U.S. retirement and health and welfare benefit plans, supporting accurate submissions, audit readiness, and risk mitigation. The role coordinates with internal stakeholders and external partners, monitors regulatory changes, and maintains compliance documentation and deadlines.

What you'll do

• Manage preparation, coordination, and submission of IRS Form 5500 filings
• support SEC Form 11-K filings
• ensure compliance with ERISA, IRS, DOL, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA, and state disability requirements
• maintain plan descriptions and required disclosures
• monitor regulatory changes and update policies and documentation
• maintain a compliance calendar
• partner with third-party administrators, auditors, legal counsel, and internal stakeholders
• support audits and remediation
• validate plan data
• improve compliance reporting processes.
