Staff Nurse (Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse)

The Staff Nurse role is onsite in Baldwinville, MA, with compensation of $35–$40 per hour for Licensed Practical Nurses or $40–$45 per hour for Registered Nurses, plus a $5 shift differential for hours after 7 p.m. The schedule is three 12-hour night shifts per week, 6:30 p.m.–7 a.m., including every third weekend. Banyan Treatment Centers provides care for people receiving treatment for substance use disorders and mental health conditions. The nurse provides assessments, routine care, medication support, and clinical interventions while documenting care and coordinating treatment plans. The role contributes to patient safety, regulatory compliance, and recovery support through collaboration with patients, families, and the care team.

What you'll do

• Conduct nursing assessments, including ASAM forms
• provide routine care
• identify treatment needs and contribute to treatment plans
• complete required documentation
• review medication logs and assist the medical department
• administer medications as directed
• provide medication education
• coordinate progress updates and post-discharge plans
• respond to crises with risk assessment and de-escalation.
