What you'll do

• Collaborate with clients, senior associates, and staff to move cases toward resolution
• maintain organized and current client files
• attend court hearings or other legal proceedings
• conduct legal research and work with senior associate attorneys to provide legal advice
• help clients determine solutions to legal conflicts
• draft correspondence, pleadings, motions, briefs, affidavits, settlement agreements, and contracts.
