What you'll do

• Generate reports on routine tests
• troubleshoot test issues and make necessary repairs
• execute tests according to procedures
• use computers, data recorders, multimeters, measurement instruments, gauges, and hand tools
• read electrical schematics and wire lists
• document failures
• support mechanical installations and repairs on rail vehicles
• support electrical panel and equipment installation
• follow safety procedures.
