Processing Supervisor, Second Shift

The Processing Supervisor role is onsite in Pendleton, IN, with a Monday–Thursday schedule from 1:00 PM to 12:00 AM. Compensation is $24–$28 per hour. Nutrition 101 turns food byproducts into sustainable resources and provides food lifecycle management and waste handling services. The supervisor leads second-shift processing operations, coordinating workflow and supporting the team so production goals, food safety standards, and quality expectations are met. This hands-on role also assists with processing and equipment operation to keep work safe and efficient.

What you'll do

• Lead and coordinate daily processing activities
• communicate production priorities and workflow
• assist with processing as needed
• operate forklifts, yard trucks, and processing equipment as needed
• capture and verify production data
• perform Clean-in-Place cleaning of tanks and tankers
• monitor current Good Manufacturing Practices and safety procedures
• troubleshoot production issues
• support team training and coaching.
