In-Home Sales Consultant

The In-Home Sales Consultant role is field-based, with a home office in Fort Lauderdale, FL and expected office attendance one to two days per week for training or meetings. Compensation is estimated first-year earnings of $150,000–$250,000. Kairos Roofing provides residential roof repairs, replacements, inspections, and leak detection across South Florida. The consultant conducts homeowner inspections and consultations, recommends roofing or exterior solutions, and guides customers through pricing, financing, and agreements. The role supports the company’s sales process by serving homeowners through pre-set appointments and additional self-generated leads.

What you'll do

• Conduct multiple in-home inspections and consultations daily
• diagnose homeowner needs and recommend roofing or exterior solutions
• present scope, pricing, and financing options
• guide homeowners from inspection through agreement
• complete contracts and documentation in ServiceTitan
• maintain a professional presentation, organized vehicle, and sales materials
• generate additional opportunities through referrals and self-sourced leads
• travel locally to customer homes.
