What you'll do

• Serve as first-level help desk for lab systems and accounts
• set up users and equipment
• respond to requests and maintain tickets
• support asset records and inventory
• assist with system administration, patching, network infrastructure, VPN, MacOS, and iOS
• maintain customer SAN storage following customer guidance
• advise on lab procedures.
