• Prepare and post journal entries
• coordinate cash application and customer credit processing
• perform balance-sheet reconciliations
• support intercompany reconciliations
• assist with month-, quarter-, and year-end close
• prepare financial reports and statements
• support audits
• ensure compliance with policies and accounting standards
• analyze variances
• assist with budgeting and forecasting
• process warranty repair credit memos
• assist with accounts payable and fixed-asset accounting as needed.
