Technical Services Manager, Packaging Systems

What you'll do

• Manage, coach, and develop Field Service and Shop Technicians
• conduct performance reviews, quality audits, coaching, and field evaluations
• handle escalated service issues
• support troubleshooting and service recovery
• coordinate technician dispatch when needed
• monitor utilization and service effectiveness
• report performance
• manage equipment non-conformities and corrective actions
• oversee documentation and change management
• and maintain relationships with factory teams and technical product managers.
