What you'll do

• Evaluate, approve, reject, or return compensation and personnel action requests
• interpret policies and regulatory requirements
• assess exception requests and recommend actions
• design and oversee compensation compliance audits
• identify risks and corrective actions
• review independent contractor requests and supporting documentation
• maintain review records and track corrective actions
• provide trend reporting and guidance to university centers
• recommend improvements to procedures, documentation, training, and policy clarity.
