The Shift Lead, Heladería Dessert Station role is onsite in New Orleans, LA, with pay of $14–$16 per hour. The position supports Felipe’s Taqueria’s dessert station and restaurant operations. The role exists to lead the dessert-station team, maintain consistent food quality and service, and support daily operations alongside restaurant management. Coaching team members and keeping the station clean, stocked, and safe help deliver a strong guest experience.

What you'll do

• Lead the Heladería team and set guest-service standards
• prepare desserts and specialty menu items according to restaurant standards
• train, coach, and mentor team members
• ensure recipes are prepared consistently
• monitor quality, freshness, and presentation
• maintain a clean, organized, stocked dessert station
• follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• assist with inventory, ordering, and daily pars
• support the Manager on Duty.
