The Superintendent, Industrial Services role is onsite in Indianapolis, IN, with compensation of $90,000–$110,000 per year. hth companies provides mechanical insulation, scaffolding, industrial cleaning, and related services across the Midwest. The superintendent plans and oversees day-to-day operations at an assigned location, supervising crews and coordinating equipment and job execution. The role also serves as the primary client contact, supports customer needs, and promotes safe, effective work and strong regional client relationships.

What you'll do

• Bid, plan, and execute day-to-day operations
• supervise crews performing high-pressure water blasting, vacuum truck work, and cleanup
• organize crews and delegate responsibilities
• ensure appropriate equipment is available onsite
• drive and pull equipment to regional locations
• engage with prospects, clients, and vendors to understand needs and recommend services
• enforce OSHA and company safety requirements
• act as a liaison for regional site leadership
• develop and maintain a high-performing team.
