Maintenance Technician

Job overview

The Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Delmar, MD, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Compensation is $22–$28 per hour, based on experience and certifications. The role supports maintenance of multifamily housing properties. The technician performs building and unit repairs, preventive maintenance, inspections, and preparation of vacant units. The work helps maintain safe, functional, and presentable property spaces, including common areas and grounds.

What you'll do

• Perform minor building, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, roofing, appliance, and painting repairs
• implement preventive maintenance
• maintain repair equipment and supply inventory
• inspect buildings, units, offices, and amenity spaces
• respond to emergencies and notify appropriate personnel
• maintain common areas and grounds
• troubleshoot and prepare vacant units for move-in
• follow safety protocols.
