Maintenance Technician

Job overview

The Maintenance Technician works onsite in Scottsdale, AZ. Pay is $23 per hour. The role maintains buildings, systems, common areas, and other physical assets at the Maya Condominium Association, a 332-unit homeowner community. Working with the General Manager and Maintenance Supervisor, the technician handles varied property maintenance and grounds tasks, troubleshoots problems, and completes service requests. The role also serves as the point of contact for after-hours calls and emergencies, helping keep community assets functional and well maintained.

What you'll do

• Maintain buildings, building systems, common areas, and property assets
• perform plumbing, irrigation, electrical, HVAC, painting, drywall, pressure washing, and welding tasks
• complete grounds work and routine pool, spa, sauna, landscape, and irrigation maintenance as applicable
• troubleshoot problems and complete service requests
• respond as point of contact for after-hours calls and emergencies
• operate, maintain, and store equipment
• maintain building and parking-structure lighting.
