What you'll do

• Provide culinary and operational support across multiple communities
• partner with culinary and community leaders
• provide interim support during vacancies, leaves, openings, and transitions
• support food quality, labor management, resident satisfaction, and financial goals
• champion culinary initiatives and standards
• support menu and recipe development
• coach and train culinary leaders
• conduct assessments and audits
• support food safety, sanitation, survey readiness, forecasting, inventory, production planning, and waste reduction.
