The Welder II ensures product quality by aligning, fitting, and welding components to meet high-strength and aesthetic standards while contributing to team efficiency through training and process documentation.
What you'll do
- Assemble, align, square up, fit, stiffen and tack weld subassemblies
- use torch, carbon arc, or grinding equipment
- select electrode size and type
- regulate gas, current, and voltage
- perform Mig/Tig welding
- maintain equipment
- train others
- inspect work
- document production.
