What you'll do

• Drive membership sales through health and wellness education
• support average ticket price and rebooking through memberships, service add-ons, and retail sales
• develop and follow up on membership leads
• answer calls and schedule appointments
• manage customer profiles and records
• handle the cash drawer
• resolve customer concerns and retain memberships
• maintain a clean reception area
• perform other assigned tasks.
