Mental Health Therapist — Substance Use Disorders

What you'll do

• Provide individual and group therapy for patients with substance use disorders
• complete biopsychosocial assessments and individualized treatment plans
• use evidence-based therapies including CBT, MI, and DBT
• collaborate with medical providers, medical assistants, and peer recovery specialists
• support patients in crisis and coordinate higher levels of care
• document care
• educate patients and families
• and participate in case consultations and continuing education.
