The role leads and supports shifts, partners with the Store Manager, and helps maintain an exceptional in-store experience and a positive team environment.

What you'll do

• Lead and support shifts, including opening and closing, POS oversight, and shift-change meetings
• partner with the Store Manager on operations, maintenance, sales strategies, and community engagement
• deliver customer service, product demonstrations, and special events
• support inventory replenishment and shipment processing
• mentor, train, and recognize associates and keyholders
• support recruiting, onboarding, and team communications.
