This role exists to ensure store operations run smoothly by alternating between coordinator duties and acting as the Manager on Duty. Key Carriers are responsible for maintaining store standards, coaching associates, and ensuring excellent customer service while adhering to company policies.

What you'll do

• Acts as Manager on Duty, ensures store team follows plans, addresses customer service issues, coaches associates, maintains coverage, ensures opening/closing procedures, and supports shrink reduction.
