What you'll do

• Welcome guests and community members in person and by phone
• conduct initial intake and triage
• identify urgent needs or safety concerns and connect guests with staff, emergency services, or community resources
• coordinate communication with case managers and partner agencies
• help guests navigate services and complete basic forms
• maintain accurate records and confidentiality
• keep the front desk safe, calm, and organized.
