The Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Lafayette, LA. Compensation is $22–$24 per hour. Equity Real Estate Management’s mission is to elevate service quality for residents, owners, investors, and lenders. The technician maintains safe, functional, and attractive property grounds, buildings, and units. By completing make-readies, service requests, inspections, and repairs and coordinating with contractors and vendors, the role supports property operations and resident service.

What you'll do

• Inspect and maintain property, buildings, equipment, grounds, and units
• complete unit make-readies, service requests, and general maintenance
• supervise contractor and vendor performance
• address emergency conditions and notify the Property Manager
• follow safety procedures
• maintain supplies, tools, equipment, hazardous-material labels, and required records
• and perform building, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and grounds work.
