What you'll do
- Administer and manage nursing services

- coordinate resident care plans in line with physician orders, regulations, and facility policies
- communicate policies and procedures to nursing staff and monitor implementation
- participate in admissions decisions and management meetings
- conduct the nursing process within the scope of RN licensure
- assume responsibility for center operations in the Administrator’s absence.
