The role establishes consistent culinary standards, develops leaders, and guides menu innovation and operational performance across communities. By partnering with Operations, Health & Wellness, Development, and other teams, the Vice President helps deliver a high-quality dining experience that reflects resident needs while supporting scalable, financially responsible operations.

What you'll do

• Lead culinary and dining strategy and establish companywide standards
• oversee food production, dining services, staffing, purchasing, inventory, sanitation, and kitchen operations
• monitor performance indicators and budgets
• guide menu development and culinary innovation
• coach and develop culinary leaders
• oversee vendor relationships
• support new developments and openings
• maintain food safety and compliance standards.
