Retail Store Manager – T-Mobile

What you'll do

• Provide customer service in store and by phone
• oversee staffing, employee performance, store opening and closing, service levels, and inventory
• drive revenue and sales goals
• hire, develop, motivate, and manage the team
• manage shipments, returns, trade-in and demo devices, supplies, cash, and payment processing
• maintain store standards and compliance
• coach employees and support customers with activations, account changes, bill payments, replacements, accessories, plan changes, and upgrades
• represent the company at community events.
