What you'll do

• Supervise, train, and delegate daily tasks to the assigned crew
• perform and oversee cleanups, pruning, mulching, and weeding
• communicate with residential and commercial clients about their goals
• work with management and crew members to resolve on-site challenges
• perform and manage winter snow removal services.
