What you'll do

• Provide continuous resident monitoring within arm’s length and facing the resident, except during bathroom and shower activities
• escort residents who do not require physical assistance
• accompany residents to medical procedures
• offer diversionary activities
• report requests or changes in behavior or condition to the nurse
• protect resident rights and confidential health information.
