The Medical Billing Customer Service Representative is an onsite role in Boardman, OH, with pay of $16–$19 per hour. The representative handles incoming billing calls and helps patients resolve account questions and arrange payments. The role also supports financial-assistance applications, payment plans, account documentation, and monitoring overdue accounts in accordance with policy.

• Answer incoming billing calls

• review HCAP applications and supporting records
